We are VERY worried about this precious tricolor little cat. She is a little skittish. She came to Asoka about a year ago together with her friend Marina. About a month ago her health has been deteriorating; she has lost a lot of weight. She spent several days admitted to the vet because she had not been eating. Thanks to the treatment prescribed there, she has recuperated a bit, but much slower than what we would have liked with frequent relapses.
We are aware that in this situation it is quite difficult that someone would adopt her. (However, her friend Marina, also positive for leukemia, was just adopted…Look on the website in the section “Seguimiento (Tracking)”…What a miracle!!) In fact, Nuria has worsened since Marina is no longer there in the shelter (Coincidence?). Nevertheless, if someone aware of her condition and with sensitivity towards animals would like to give her a warm home now that the cold of winter is coming, so that she can recuperate and another miracle can occur, we can find a real adoption for her. It would be marvelous. If she continues her stay in the shelter, we can’t offer her the best home.
